Ordering Stack Modules

 

 

The Ordering Stack system is a SaaS platform. Within your account (tenant), you can define any number of restaurants. For the entire account and individual restaurants, you can lunch various modules. In Ordering Stack, each functionality is delivered as a module.  These include the POS Integrator (which integrates the platform  with your POS solution), the Kiosk Application and the Status Screen application. Each module has a specified monthly subscription fee.

Kiosk

Our Kiosk application turns any device into a self-service station, with customizable hardware options. The user interface is fully brandable, providing a cohesive brand experience. Customers can browse menus, customize orders, and make payments efficiently. It supports fiscalization and integrates with loyalty programs, accepting coupons and loyalty cards. The application features upselling, cross-selling, and upsizing strategies, leading to higher average transaction values compared to traditional cashier services.

Mobile Ordering

Ordering Stack offers a fully customizable mobile app template designed for your brand. The app features an ordering module and easy registration and sign-in using native mechanisms from major platforms like Apple and Google. By connecting the app with the 'Loyalty Mobile Application Module,' it gains comprehensive loyalty functionalities, including coupons, points, and rewards. Additionally, customers can conveniently access mobile ordering by scanning a QR code from their table.

Web Ordering

The Web Ordering module enables customers to place orders from a selected restaurant for delivery, take-away, or dine-in. It works seamlessly in browsers on both mobile devices and desktop computers. All pages are fully customizable to reflect your branding, and the final ordering website is optimized for SEO and performance. Additionally, Web Ordering can be easily accessed by scanning QR codes.

Multi-Kiosk

Kiosk application designed for kiosks located in food courts and food halls, where a single kiosk serves multiple restaurants at the same time. The application can operate in the mode: 1 order per restaurant or mixed (we choose menu items from different restaurants). Our solution redirects fiscalization and payment to the appropriate venue in a transparent manner for the end customer, who pays for the entire order at the kiosk and receives a fiscal receipt.

Aggregator Module (Glovo)

This module connects Ordering Stack with Glovo services for both data exchange directions (uploading menu to Glovo and receiving orders). Orders from Glovo via Ordering Stack can be added to the POS through a POS integrator.

The Marketplace Integrator for UberEATS supports two-way data exchange (menu upload and order reception). Orders through the POS integrator can be fed into the POS system.

Orders from UpMenu are efficiently integrated into the POS system through the POS integrator.

Order Status Screen

The Order Status Screen is an application that operates on a screen visible to customers. It shows the status of each order by number (e.g., when an order is ready for pickup).

KDS (Kitchen Display System) is responsible for exchanging orders details with kitchen staff. It can run on one or multiple stations with simple or complex workflow. It can be customized to customers needs depending on the kitchen processes.

DMB Provider is a module that simplifies displaying up to date prices (and other product attributes) on the Digital Menu Screens. It always provides up to date basic product information in an easy to integrate way. You can use it for example with MagicINFO Data Link or any other Digital Signage solution.

The Ordering Stack Loyalty & Communication Module is a solution integrated with core Ordering Stack services, providing all the functionalities needed to build and maintain a loyal customer base. Its features include user registration/sign-in, gathering and redeeming points based on orders, loyalty cards, coupons, defining customer segments, campaigns for segments (including push messages), and data analysis.

Loyalty Integrator Module

Ordering Stack can be integrated with the external loyalty system of your choice. Our data model and interfaces (including API and webhooks) are designed based on years of experience in the QSR field, enabling you to achieve all your desired loyalty scenarios. Integration with RBI central loyalty (used by Burger King and Popeyes) is an example of what is possible.

Our POS integration module for Oracle Simphony ensures seamless two-way data exchange, retrieving definitions of products, menus, and pricelists while preserving even the most advanced structures, and inserting orders from all digital channels. The integration is certified by Oracle and works for both generations of the API – Simphony Transaction Services (Gen1 and Gen2).
