Many organizations strive to build their own data warehouses to support analysis within Business Intelligence processes. This approach enables the creation of custom reports that may not be available in the standard reports provided by the transactional system.
Ordering Stack simplifies the creation of custom Data Warehouses through the “Data Warehouse Connector” module. This tool allows you to specify your own PostgreSQL database, to which Ordering Stack transfers transactional (and other) data in real time, using a predefined structure that is convenient for further analysis.
Thanks to this, the customer can set up a data warehouse environment within their own infrastructure and independently analyze their data using the tools of their choice.
The Data Warehouse Connector module is not the only tool supporting data analytics. Webhooks can also be used to receive selected data or transaction-related events. Additionally, in the frontend application layer (e.g., self-service kiosks or web ordering apps), it is possible to integrate with analytics providers such as Google Analytics or mParticle.
