Ordering platform for AmRest – KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King

Since 2014, we have been developing and providing support for a global ordering platform for AmRest, an international independent restaurant chain operator with over 2,000 sites in Europe and Asia. AmRest is one of YUM’s largest franchisees, its restaurants operate under the KFC, Pizza Hut and Burger King brands.

The online ordering platform we developed is fully integrated with the POS systems operating in restaurants, including Oracle Micros. Our solution processes very large volumes of orders every day in many countries such as Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Germany. Orders come in from many channels including web, mobile, call centre. We have also implemented integrations with all leading food ordering platforms (food delivery aggregators) – Takeaway.com / Pyszne.pl, Uber Eats, Glovo or Wolt.

The solution has many advanced enterprise-grade mechanisms, allowing it to operate efficiently and scale according to traffic.

Self-service kiosks for Burger King & KFC

Some of the ordering platform components we have recently completed are self-service kiosk software for KFC (2017) and Burger King (2019). Currently there are almost 1000 kiosks in several countries (Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary). In the project we cooperated with many companies including kiosk supplier M4B.

Integration with loyalty platform for Costa Coffee

As part of a project for Costa Coffee, we were able to draw on our experience in systems integration. The project involved the integration of a POS system (Micros) with an external loyalty system. As part of the work, we developed a module that extends the functionality of the POS application with communication to the services of the loyalty system. This allows Costa Coffee customers to collect points (coffee beans) with each transaction and then exchange them for selected products.
