Branded Mobile App - A Proven Customer Engagement Tool for Restaurant Chains
At Ordering Stack, we believe a custom-branded mobile application can be a cornerstone in building a loyal customer base. It’s a proven method of engaging customers and driving repeat business.
Our solution is a mobile app template that can be tailored to the needs of a restaurant chain and published on both the App Store and Google Play. Thanks to integration with Ordering Stack's cloud-based services, the app offers:

Convenient registration and login via Google ID, Apple ID or email

Content and images managed via the CMS module

Coupon management and redemption

Points collection for completed transactions (requires scanning a QR code or entering a temporary code at a kiosk or POS). Points can have an expiration date.

Mobile ordering with the same flow as kiosk ordering (requires an active Web Ordering module)

Participation in campaigns (e.g., earn rewards for completing purchase objectives)

Receiving push notifications (with user consent)
Advanced Coupon Functionality
Coupons can be made available only during specific days and hours, set with usage limits or unlocked using a “secret” password. These coupons can reveal exclusive products not otherwise available through Ordering Stack channels – for example, a promotional combo of two sandwiches. Once the coupon is activated, the user sees a configuration screen where they can customize the set and take advantage of upselling options.
Order Status Notifications
A key feature is the notification system that informs users about the status of their orders associated with their account—whether placed via the app or another channel linked to their loyalty account (using an app code). This functionality can effectively replace traditional pagers still used in many restaurants.
Driving Real Value for End Users
We understand that users are increasingly reluctant to install new apps on their smartphones. That’s why we invest heavily in ensuring the Mobile App Module delivers real value to end customers. Of course, customers who choose not to install the app can still place orders via the web version on their phones. However, they won’t have access to loyalty features.
Hundreds of thousands of end users already benefit from the Mobile App Module.
