The client came to Ordering Stack looking for a partner to deliver self-service kiosks – application and hardware – to their restaurant, as well as to perform intergration with the LS Retail POS system used in the restaurants (Microsoft Dynamics ERP system).
It was important to the client that the proposed solution be reliable, work efficiently and support both customers and restaurant employees. The business goal was to deploy self-service kiosks for ordering in accordance with KFC’s global policy, to increase the volume of orders and unload the queue.
