Our experience in the field of building food ordering platforms

Ordering Stack is developed by 3e sofware house, a company with 18 years of experience in building custom sofware and ordering platforms.

Food online ordering platform for AmRest (KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King)

Since 2014 we have been developing and maintaining a global online ordering platform for AmRest, an independent international restaurant chain operating more than 2000 of restaurants in multiple countries in Europe and Asia. AmRest is one of the biggest franchisee of Yum running KFC, Pizza Hut and Burger King outlets. Online ordering platform is fully integrated with local restaurant POS software, one of which is Oracle Micros system. It handles huge amounts of orders each day in many countries including Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany and others.

Multiple integrations with third party systems leverages functionalities like managing delivery addresses and regions, delivery service providers, online payments, loyalty programmes and many others. We also implemented integration with all major food aggregator platforms including Takeaway.com, Uber Eats, Glovo and Wolt.

Many built-in mechanisms make it possible to smoothly run this enterprise grade e-commerce platform. There is also an expanded backoffice application allowing to manage all aspects of the ordering processes.

All brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, BK) have their own web and mobile frontends created by other cooperating companies using API exposed by online ordering platform created by 3e.

One of our latest developments for AmRest group was software running on self ordering kiosks for KFC (2017) and Burger King (2019). It is deployed on almost 1000 devices in Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary.

Our company is also responsible for continuous support of the platform. Our dedicated support team is ready to react in case of any issues 365 days/year.

Integration with loyalty platform for Costa Coffee

One of projects we could use our software integration skills was the one for Costa Coffee Poland. They needed to connect their local POS systems (based on Micros) with third party loyalty system. We were responsible for implementing module that extended functionalities of POS, and communicating with Loyalty service. Thanks to that Costa customers can earn points (coffee beans) based on their transactions and exchange them for some products.
